Getting Started with ChartMyBehavior

Follow these simple steps to begin tracking student behavior data effectively.

Create Your Account

  • •Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up" on the homepage
  • •Enter your email address and create a secure password
  • •Verify your email address through the confirmation link
  • •Complete your profile with your name and role

Add Your First Student

  • •Navigate to the Students section from the dashboard
  • •Click "Add New Student"
  • •Enter the student's name or identifier
  • •Add any relevant notes or IEP goals
  • •Define target behaviors you want to track

Start Collecting Data

  • •Go to Data Collection from the main menu
  • •Select your student from the dropdown
  • •Choose the behavior to track
  • •Select your data collection method (ABC, Frequency, etc.)
  • •Enter your observations and save

Review Your Progress

  • •Visit the Dashboard to see an overview
  • •Check individual student profiles for detailed data
  • •View charts and graphs of behavior trends
  • •Generate reports for meetings or documentation
  • •Export data as needed for records
